ARGH!!!
I am about to rip my hair out of my head!

So yesterday I uploaded an update for adobe reader and I needed to restart my computer, so I restart it and when I booted it back up again I had like 9 random programs which are corrupted and cannot be used, or found, or even uninstalled! So now I have a corrupt McAfee file which I can't uninstall and until I can fix this problem my AIM, MSN and Yahoo messangers will not work, or at least that is my theory. My internet works fine, as well as my e-mail, I even have Skype and it works fine but like I said, there are like 9 programs which are corrupt, and they don't even have anything to do with each other! This is really pissing me off.

I really hope it is not a virus, but it seems like it is, because the last time I had a virus I had to restore my computer to factory settings or whatever and I had to reinstall everything I had installed, so this time around if I have to do that, or use my back up files that are on CDs, which aren't up to date, I will have to reinstall my desktop theme, which is a program I downloaded so I could change it, World of Warcraft, which is the biggest fucking file on earth, and takes forever to download, I mean seriously, it's 6,710 fucking MB! and then I will have to save all my music somewhere and redownload it, and I have like 800 songs on my itunes!

BLEH!

So, now I ask, does anyone know how I could fix this or maybe be able to restore my computer without lossing all my files or having to reinstall them all?
